    I personally think that FourOhFour is an Easter Egg.The SaveID is 404 and his name could also be 404, the same as Error 404!

    I mean, it could be the first save.Check it out; It was UPDATED in 2012!When was it created?If u go on the last By Date page, u can see a save from 1970.Maybe some admin wanted to make a joke?'Cause the SaveID of that save is ID:60!And is dnRoyston an admin and wanted to make a joke save and changed the date of publishing?Thats the same thing as that one "I DUNNO LOL" save of FourOhFour.
