    Nice, I've not seen a repair gun. While it could probably be improved (and I encourage you to do so) It is still a good/unique save. +1

    It's the power of EXOT, WARR3N. Neutron makes the EXOT have a higher chance of "replacing" it with the closest particle (except some). When it's dark, it becomes most powerful and will replace with a single flash.
