Why remove functionless art from the front page? I say if peple like it that it should stay, but thats just my opinion.

@demonow, the idea that moderators know the rules better than anyone else makes me giggle.

so ... yeah. I don't feel that functionless art is against the rules, but other moderators tend to remove it from the front page, so I have just changed the rule slightly, allowing it up for longer if it has lots of effort put in and is good. (or until they get to it) I don't allow diamond blocks on it though at all.

yes, what PlatinumTechno said. It isn't an official rule. I could probably find the thread that said exactly what we would do, but i'm busy now and it doesn't matter too much anyway. Basically, we just occasionally remove it. I do know the rules better, I can even (sort of ...) create / change them slightly to what I feel should be against the rules and what shouldn't.

That was never a rule, guys. Functionless art is removed from fp but sometimes let up because somebody put a lot of work into it.
