A first minigun that have fully working rotating barrels, and as a bonus, it is the most powerful weapon ever created! This isnt copied from silent-hunter, he got the idea from the WIP reserch for this!!! I finished it after he published his version!!!

    *tsk tsk* Guillian! I would have thought you would have known the rules of spark by now! NSCN does not conduct to PSCN. shrten the inst wire by 2, add NSCN, TTAN, and then PSCN

    No, wait, NSCN just won't transfer charge to PSCN. Need to add METL for it to work.

    Aha! The NSCN on the end of the firing INST cannot transfer charge to the PSCN in the STOR. Tested it some, and the NSCN either needs to be moved up, or the PSCN moved down! (I blame the coding.)

    I have no idea, but Powder Toy now being coded in C++ may have something to do with my client not firing the gun. If so, the reason I can see is the INST not transfering charge to the PSCN.

    It obliterates the Clne Fray Stor and Pscn.
