Just a scene I saw recently: I live near a large observatory, and I got the opportunity to see them using a sodium laser to correct for seeing.

    Also, how you know that's not a HAARP Weather Channeler? They look similar to this and can manipulate AAANY weather, even ones that don't exist, at least for now.
