Also known as the BWPER, this is an advancement in safe perpetual energy generation. It is rather compact, and is a decent safe alternative to reactors containing radioactive material. I think people may have already had this idea but I'm not copying.

    good job!!! in real life there would be to much resistance in the conductors and a turbine thingy like the red wall

    Got rid of the other troll tags. :| Also, I added the maximium amount of tags so there are no more troll tags! :D Back trolled!
