Also known as the BWPER, this is an advancement in safe perpetual energy generation. It is rather compact, and is a decent safe alternative to reactors containing radioactive material. I think people may have already had this idea but I'm not copying.

    Clever design but it does take a while of sparking to start up. You may want to fix the problem of an inconsistent power supply (sometimes it is not continuous) but overall you have won my vote.
