    You could add a nuclear reactor that had a meltdown, sort of like chernobyl and that was the reason everyone left. if not the reason would be that the mine ran out of a certian mineral so they all left because they made no money from that anymore, and that was the main reason they came there.

    I would reccomend that you make the clne bcln and remove the void just it's 100% destoryable
