    @CozmicKel: Although in my opinion, although the death sentence may be better for those who will obviously never change, killing them slowly and painfully is too much. It's punishment enough to be dying, don't you think?

    Yes but in a way they had no choice so isn't it fair to get them out of this world quickly (for our sake and thiers) so they cant do anymore harm.

    Ok, that's mean, many criminals were born in bad homes, and forced to kill and steal to survive, and the worst murders obviously have damaged brains of some sort.
