The Federation only survived because The Enterprise was caught in the wake of the Borg Sphere. Daleks still have more firepower than their standard ground unit pepperpots.

All4Staals, don't forget about the Imperial guard and most importantly, the space marines! not saying their invincible though. But they are very strong. Im not sure a Dalek's energy sheild can protect it from rapid succession if two pounds of lead traveling at high speeds.

Not sure as to how the Imperium would handle time travel, I wouldn't consider myself a 'professional' on the whole ordeal, but after all, if the Federation could survive the borg, than surely the Imperium could, being an empire built around warfare in comparison to the relatively decadent Federation.

@All4: Well, the Dredd Imperium (With it's capital 'city' being Imperatus) is modeled off the Imperium of Man, which could more than easily shatter the Borg with superior firepower and superior technology, of course, I haven't developed /my/ 'version' enough to give you any decent fight in that respect, but I can tell yo
