Imperatus would suffer immense losses leading to an easier conquest by other empires (Daleks, The Galactic Empire, Romulans, etc). Furthermore, the Borg would send a sphere first to scout the empire out. Then, if necessary, time travel back to pre-industrialized Imperatus and assimilate Imperatus before it has any sufficient firepower/technology. (2/2)

@Imperatus: I look at your empire and I notice that due to the dense population of Imperatus cities and colonies, a Borg invasion would be destructive. In order to defend the larger cities (district 3), more firepower would be required causing a large number of collaterals. Even if the Borg were driven off by Imperatus, (1/2)
