    That's not a TARDIS, it's a police box. Why would someone want to have a time and relative dimension in space contraption in a poulated city? That's just stupid. Who would do such a thing? The level of quantum distortional energy in such a device could nulify any and all nuclear fusion within a pulsar star. Never deal with physics beyond physics. When you start dealing with the variable state of the unknown realm, shit goes to shit....you may need new undies.
