but it is accurate in a sense that protons represent the air and it is moving faster and according to bernoulli's principle: +v = -p so therefore what is visible is correct -

Actually, this isn't accurate. If you place protons on the screen you'll notice that they always create a negative pressure well. This is what would happen in real life, but in this simulation it is not applied correctly. This would be a better represention of what you are trying to convey: ID:1322706 -
