    @Powderboy175 The doctor can be killed by anything as long as it kills him before he can regenerate.

    If you didnt know the doctor cant be killed by guns (maybe dalek guns)

    As far as I know, this is your first city. It's done so well that I will +1, and tell you to keep up the good work! This looks amazing, so I'd like to say that you have only good things to come.
