I agree. I sometimes see people who make ships the size of fighters and call them battleships. Are you making a save about the classifications? A simple description on how to class them would be easy. When you say class do you mean the hull name E.G. Torment class or the size classification E.G. destroyer, cruiser etc

I like the idea. I generaly use 30-60 meters for frigates, 61-140 for destroyers, 141-300 for cruisers and 301-600 for Capitals, but my ships are smaller than the norm.

What do you think about an alliance (or tpt) standard ship classes system? I saw your comment about it and it seems like a good idea.
