    KingWilliamIII, I posted a comment on that save, the war probably won't ever happen. Also, the inhabitants of ID:1821577 are likely just messenger drones. These messengers have been coming for a very long time, and usually broadcast a message to strong nearby factions about an undefeatable, unavoidable enemy that will destroy everything.
