It is a mixture of small atoms and molecules that are used by a lot of creatures/ships. If you could find the gas in any other atmosphere it is probably here.

TheLongGuy, the atmosphere of this moon is roughly 4% nanomachinery (Average), 6% deuterium, 7% unstable waste molecules 15% various commonly required gasses, and 68% neon and helium (Total amounts fluctuate a lot). There are also a lot of systems in place to make sure that the local atmosphere has the required concentrations of each substance (a human might have a 'bubble' of earthlike air for example).
