I have inferred what every button means using logic. DFLO is deuterium flow, LPA/B is Left pipe A/B and RPA/B is Right pipe A/B. HEAT is heat transfer into pipes from the reactor, and the D button under the Fast/Slow buttons is release a deuterium charge for flow.

Possibly the most BEUTIFUL DEUT power plant ever. URAN & BOYL power plants are more efficient, but DEUT power plants are cooler. Nice work! +1
