    The effects are that his filtration system (liver) fails, then his blood count rapidly decreases, his organs then start to decay, and death is rapid due to multiple organ failure.

    The damage he took was not bad, but would still be painful irl (oof) He lost skin (in the third step obviously) and his toe was clipped to the bone by the ice pressure (ouch)

    Third, i heated him up to a toasty ~22c, when i turned on ambient heat though, he refreezed, so i gave him a ~50c smack in the chin, and yes, it hurt his skin
