Creates the water boiling effect while the water is less than 100 degrees. (It will eventually boil though)

    This only works because you have a material that's above boiling temperature. Then, you also have a coolant. Thus, the water boils for a split second, then cools off. Since this happens to any water "particle" at any given moment, it makes it seem like it's boiling at a temperature below boiling.

    @everyone, Let me just point something our real quick.... Title says Water Boiling EFFECT. Not water boiler, but a cool concept for creating an EFFECT that looks like water boiling without heat. Got it? Got it. Good.
