INSL Heat Cipher [WIP] by Pharaoh
An INSL-based cipher writer and reader. Has 10 possible numbers at the moment. This is a work in progress [WIP], so please don't downvote it at the moment if you can't figure out how to use it.

Pharaoh 25th Jun 2014Yes, that's all it does at the moment, but if you observe closely you can see that the ray corresponds to the numbers you select.
