    You can simply attach a keyboard with wifi.

    @iamdumb: Yours is much faster than mine, but the font is smaller and it doesn't have a convenient keyboard.

    @FeynmanLogomaker, I managed to make a similar antialiased text display, without wifi and using normal ROM.

    the underscore and minus sign keys are rigged to T and J letters. Bug?

    Oh yeah, you can't see the letter that has been typed in deco mode, and when you turn it off to see the letter, all of the keyboard letters disappear. (for me, anyway) Can you fixxy, fixxy? Btw +1

    For the WIFI, you're taking decimal input from the keyboard. Just send that directly to the gpu without converting it into binary and back again.
