    (@C4M3RON2001 ahhhhh... a bustling busy metropilis... that tragicly lies directly under the hoover dam... FACEPALM*) this is quite true, as it is quite hard to put a metropolis in the GRAND CANYON.

    Everybody uses non-waterprooof materials for dam construction and rubidium for buildings. But still, they never saved afghanistan.
