    @TSpazz i'm guessing from the trackmarks that this save is set relatively soon after the traction revolution (3TE to around 50 years before MEDUSA).. the suburb seems to have dumped LOADS of fuel, suggesting there is no shortage. either that or it's being chased and had to lose weight somehow? XD
