This is called Corium (thanks to the help of sentinal-5), but in this save its a mix of Uranium and Plutonium, and I can tell you how it works; Pressure is needed for this to begin. Free to copy and use in your reactors, but credit is needed. Enjoy! :D

    Russia tried this and it resulted in a meltdown... luckily, the reactor wasn's big enough to cause a large amount of damage. not including that room.

    Corium is great, I imagine this would be quite useful wherever lots of heat is required

    A more effective way to do this is to have URAN and BOYL in an INSL box lined with TTAN, the URAN/BOYL heat & pressure generator heats and generates pressure exponentialy. This reactor also works but heats up more slowly.

    You could use BOYL and URAN as well
