I have made real Napalm by using gel to make bcol slightly stick to things. This Is probably the closest thing to Napalm possible in tpt, and It's still pretty bad.

    @observe Or he could use the console to set the life of the BCLN so that it dissapears after a certain time.

    Well, maybe if you add some BCLN and add something that destroys itafter a short period of time, you could make it last longer. Maybe... Except only by the fact that no one has done it.
