created to show and simulate reaction/direction that air has/takes when flowing through a tunnel and over a planes wing.

    Yeah, powder toy was originally designed as as a sort of "Aerodynamics Simulator". See air pressure display. Olso the first element was dust (well EQVE) wich is very much effected by air/wind.
