ok guys, go into Simulation settings (checkmark at bottom) and turn of water equalization. It's a horribly laggy thing, i'm not sure why he would enable it. -

Ok, for me it starts on 53 fps and then suddenly drops down to around 2! So laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaggy!!
