Builds and launches MiniDrones, which are different from the C-16s in that they can't get through INSL. Unfortunately, like 40% of the drones are indestructible.

    This was designed to be mounted on a ship, but unlike CRAY drone builders, which are larger and more complicated, you won't be able to make a moving drone factory like one or two people have.
