This is a Terran settlement on a planet somewhere within the Orion Arm of the Milky Way. Many Mobile Cities roam across the planet, carrying citizens, workers and materials away from danger. They allways move to avoid the planet's hazardous environtment.

The year is 2035, and as the TU is still in a "Cold War" situation with the UKN, the TU Colonization Branch begins a brand new project by setting up yet another colony on the X-U-82 System, weakening the UKN's grasp on the region. Soon, the Kazhars will be forced to stop suppling their colonies and cede control to the TU, with which they are still technically allied to, after peace was made after the aftermath of the wars of 34'.
