    No, self propeled is a howitzer with the ability to move without the assistance of a towing or pushing veichle, meaning it has to have it's own driving engine

    This is not self propeled artilery.Self propeled means that every round propels itself and that it' not launched by a cannon (wich tanks use). Example:missles,rockets,RPG.
