Power plant that runs on BVBR. It uses advanced recycling system to convert waste EXOT and BREL back to BVBR. The recycling system consumes TTAN and outputs even more BVBR than power plant uses.

    4 Failsafes against overheating, and it has a lot of backup water. Pretty good. First failsafe is the reactor requiring power from the water, if water doesn't go into the reactor and become electricity it turns off. Second is a temp sensor that shuts it off if it gets to hot. Third is the same thing. I believe that the main wire running into the reactor heating transfer is a forth, where if it gets REALLY hot and everything else failed, it would melt the wire.
