  It's made out of electron degnerate matter, which is simmilar to neutronium. The issue with neutronium is that it decompresses with planet craking force when it is removed from neutron stars. It only has real value as a compact planet buster.

  but seriously. Trying to kill a ship with armor that would have to be made out of dmnd for semi-accurate simulation ain't gonna get killed by a frigate. Also, I think prot penetrates shld.
