  The ship's armor already includes blue VIBR. the STAR exists as a way to cool the armor and internal components. I did not intend for this save to be left open for days on end, so the issue with the STAR returning to its normal state would never become an issue.

  i was about to say try blue vibranium with high life and low tmp but it would turn into normal vibranium and i think unstable things like the black hole reactor will fuse it exploding it...

  wait..... i dont think it is the reactor.. i thought it would superheat or collapse the reactor walls... but it is the frozen STAR life... once its life reaches 0 it starts acting normal again rather then staying still.. therefore melting the superalloy and the ship itself
