And we also cant skip 1 cell for writing and left it in empty state, meaning it is really 2 bit
Yeah, it is 32 bits, means it is 4 bytes and can store only 4 chars. Just compare size and data storing capabilities of this thing to another data storing devices in TPT. It may be only a demonstration how data storing devices works. Basically this thing is only 3 bit, because it haves a 32 cells each of them can be empty, 1 or 0. But the empy cell returns nothing so only 2 bits are used. -1
