    do a heavy fighter with 2 energy cannons that explode sing INSIDE the barrel and then let all the prot neut elec and phot out making a shotgun-like cannon... like this but relodable... and u can control when to fire ID:1817329

    having them be plsm cray and buried a pixel deeper would solve a lot those problems

    nevermind, the armor is tough enough if it goes back, it won't allow prot to enter the ship.

    You could use inst and dlay to power al the pd cannons at once. It would solve most of the problems with the pd cannons at once. could compromise strucktural integrety though, so burrying it would probably have to be done :/

    I just thought of the perfect name for a suicide drone bomb for EU. Shatter. If the Imperium developed one, they could call it the Stiletto, which besides being a type of high heel is also a type of knife used by soldiers to get through armor.
