  if embedded inside of the collapse, then it could be helpful. Currently, the singularity batteries disable the front eight or so rows of PD. the protons mess with the wifi temps.

  No. They are vulnerable and will cause more trouble if hit, so don't use GPMP for shielding unless you have other reasons for it (such as in the Eclipse).
