This is my first ever modular counter so I had to start it from somewhere. ID:1544425 is where I learnt how to make this, thankyou to @price_vort. Just know that it may look similar in some parts but remember that I made this from scratch. Problems fixed

    This counter misses a tick every 10 steps. Pay attention to the 5-module demo. It ticks for example as.. 28, 29, 39, 30, 31...
