The vein, when punctured, will either heal it's outer lining or reach out to the skin's surface and cover it up with a protective material. Give credit to THEPIKSU! Amputating it will cause it to clot up.

    we can actually use this skin in bunkers due it regeneration :D

    This is pretty good. But it heals too fast. You could use less shield. +1
