I think it has a few more particles than the other one, but this one is symetrical and has smaller dimensions! 9x9!!!

    Every time I think it can't get any smaller, I figure out a new way to do it... I think this is the smallest possible, though, unless some new elements are added.

    Also, It doesn't use ANY sub-frame timing, so you can save, rotate it, and look at it without it breaking!
