Contains all pressure produced, and self-cools when powered down. Free to copy but please give credit - just attach stuff to the INWR, and spark the button to turn on and off. Made slight adjustments so it really DOES contain pressure now!

@Technomancer. use cray(thdr) with a tmp of 6 sparked with inst or inwr. it will gen the thunder Thru into the chamber. see my fusion cannon save to see. I use thunder to start the fusion in that.

exactly. low grade fusion sparks. if you make good really hot, high pressure fusion the sparks die out.

Yeah, it produces THDR in the centre which dramatically heats and pressurizes the HYGN. But THDR disappears on contact with anything, and the heat disperses through the chanber so rapidly that you never see where it comes from. I'm still working on making it NOT produce THDR after ignition, but it's an awkward trick if I want to keep it compact.

...errr, sorry, looks like it gets up to just over 2,000 from time to time, but not very much. Sorry for the mistake.

Wait a minute, this fusion reactor peaks out at about ~1,700 C! Hydrogen requires a temperature of over 2,000 C and a pressure of over 50.0 in order to begin fusion! Unless something funky is happening with temperature distribution, there's no way this is actual fusion!

Problem 1 solved - I replaced the on/off mechanism, it now passes only one spark upon activation (so it doesn't spark the NBLE any more)

@Sandwichlizard - it occurred to me this morning that that might be happening. There's also the issue of the THDR that starts the reaction causing sparks. I'm working on both, as well as making it as destructible as possible, but I have a long way to go before it works fully the way I envisaged it.
