also we train 5000 troops and build 500 6" artillery we also send HMS Hood to patrol the oceans around britain

i train 1000 cavalry and i keep sending troops to connect my land near the throne to my mainland also i build 30 farms 10 mines and 10 factories

if the riot happen they can take over some land but they are weak as hey have cheap weapons so yes they can take ver land only if their country's owner decideds to riot.
