Ocean Oil Platform by YaoiBlossom
These platforms are built to extract oil deposites deep under the ocean floor. Oil is not processed on the platform, but rather ships haul the barrels of crude oil over to processing plants on the mainland.

Wow, great job. I saw a comment you posted and decided to check your saves. Turns out that I forgot it completely, and after finishing a work for someone, I opened the save browser to find his save and post the ID. However, I saw this save and recognized the name, so I checked it. Really nice. I'll now check your other saves.
