Why don't you make a bot that is symetrical and can use a form of fission to reproduce and dray or something.

well i think I understand what you mean so we need to make a FILT memory bank in a designated cell (filt is the best) and then have a replicate gene in there and when a cell replicates it tells its desendant to start the gene over?

If would be excellent if a TPT cell could encode arbitrary elements for production of new cells and replication of genes. My view of genomes is that of a large program of proteins and specialized cells are merely assigned a new 'stack pointer' by its progenitors.
