    New buildings, but few people in them. Most citizens are still in hiding, in bunkers. Meanwhile, fleets of aeroships are still scouring the planet for possible enemy hold-outs, and helping citizens medically. A new building is going to rise on the right, the foundations have been built.

    It currently is fairly abandoned. A massive war just finished, after all. It's sort of like Detroit.

    Why is patria in the accusative case? If it's just a name it doesn't have to be in the accusative case if you're writing in English
