The Eularians, though not activly present for the most part in this galaxy, agree with the LSF about AI technology. AIs do what they are programmed to do and dont deviate one iota from that programming regaurdless of moral or social factors unless the program becomes corrupt in which the AI would be completely unpredictable.

A new form of representative democracy emerges: A single proton from each citizen is donated to form an AI with the traits of every UW member. This, along with the House of Representatives (which everyone is in thanks to advanced communication and processing technology) forms pretty much the entire government.

After several breakthroughs in proton unfolding and computational technology, every willing UW member is uploaded into a cloud of unfolded protons, each of which are slightly smaller than a cell. After some time, the Biomorphs are subdued and they fall back to some other galaxy, the LSF then turn towards the Possunians, and tell them to be very careful with such creatures, as they could mean the end of a civilization.
