  explosivepowder, you should name your supernova bomb: hypernova bomb (or something cooler than I can think of), because you said the star is going hypernova, not supernova (not trying to criticize).

  well, just pretend to extend the lines on the edges to extend into the galactic sector system. For some reason LCRY blocks the grid.

  They plan not to make the entire galaxy a single goverment, but rather, to make it have sectors, each sector would have its own goverment, completly seperate of the rest, the tacterians also allow for any races to buy a sector for there full control - However to do this they have to make sectors smaller. (Press G 2 times to get there planed sector set)

  The tacterians begin develeping some insane tech, For example, Super-photonic 10 ton anti-matter nukes. Knowing that they should probably try intimidating, they also install pierce EMP cannons, that pierce EMP-blocking armor THAN explode. They also develep a supernova bomb, that literally takes a large materialized star and accelerates its aging process, than letting it go hypernova, also leaving a black hole in its wake.

  The tacterians decide to add this galaxy to there giant arm of control. After taking over Morfar, They will use the exess amount of resources there to colonize and take over this galaxy, They plan to do so in peace, but, they will fight if necessary.

  really I think it's too complex for a game, or just really bad
