  .never changed any past event, we only use time travel to study things that we could not do today , not " steal " taking the technology of the future .

  Just some rules for time travel: (For balancing and stuff) 1. Do not use it to bypass conservation of energy. 2. However many resources you have, consider it as if it takes up a significant amount of them to travel once (This means you wouldn't add it onto every ship you have). 3. Only modify recent events, or minor past ones, paradoxes are to be avoided, even if they cannot be created.

  do not worry , according to surveys , when someone interferes with the past, creates a new timeline that can be visited , but my people has a policy of non- interference with the past , we used it to study events about which one does not have sure , but sometimes it goes wrong , like the time we went to the Big Bang scientists and 20 died .

  Shuddarun: We are invading as to avvenge the dreii, From what we have found, They fell at the center of the galaxy, We are suspecting cival war, Or cosmic disaster, As there ships show signs of radiation, and there wepons are aimed at other ships of there type, We have come to the conclusion a different nation sent an emp at them so there crafts malfunction, and fight other crafts of there type.
