I've noticed that TPT with Radial gravity enabled simulates orbits somewhat realistically. This save demonstrates this and might even teach you some rocket science. Credit to snail for the font.

    I ended up creating a ring around the object instead of orbiting myself.

    Your orbit can be an oval regardless of eccentricity. yay for TPT physics xD

    @tsafranc: If you weren't totally blind, you might be able to make out some features on the left side of the save.
