To clear a little confusion: This is a tesseract, which is what the 3-D shadow of a 4-D hypercube would look like, just as the 2-D shadow of a 3-D cube would look like a square connected to another square, the shadow of a hypercube would look like a cube connected to another cube, theoretically

As a 3-D being, I'm not sure I can comprehend the W axis, so i don't know which direction it would point in 4-D space. So what would a 90-degree rotation look like...? I don't really know...

A Tesseract is 4-D, how would a 90 deg rotation around the W axis look like?
